The Portland Lace Society Annual Lace Day on Saturday, October 4, 2014

at the Sellwood Community Center

Learning (1 hour classes) & Fun Activities:
Beginning Bobbin Lace
Tatting

Lunch: Subway Sandwich and goodies.
Suggested donation $5.00


The activities will include:

  • 10 AM - 2 PM: an all day beginning bobbin lace class. Practice pillows available.
  • 1 PM: Tatting Quarterly which focuses on tatters getting together to learn one or more techniques.
  • 9:30 AM - 2 PM used lace making equipment offered for sale by various sellers. Bring lace making "stuff" you have not used or will never use; for selling, trading, or swapping.

Bring a lunch and your current project to work on. Hot Water and tea will be provided.
